- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
- Requests submitted after 4 days will not be considered.
Exchanges

- Manufacturing defects
- Damage upon delivery
- Incorrect item sent
- We do not offer exchanges for size issues, preference changes, or styling decisions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for items with verified faults or errors from our end.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed accordingly.
- Refunds are not available for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Sale & Discounted Items
- All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
